These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SafeKids Foundation website and related services ("the Site"). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using this Site, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. About SafeKids Foundation

SafeKids Foundation ("SafeKids", "we", "our", or "us") is a non-governmental organisation established to bridge the gap in safety skills required for all child handlers through knowledge dissemination, in order to protect children in schools and homes across Nigeria.

SafeKids Foundation seeks to equip every child handler with safety skills and to promote the adoption of functional safety management systems in schools nationwide. The organisation provides a platform for collaboration among stakeholders committed to safeguarding children.

3. Accessing Our Site

Our Site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our Site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. Access is provided on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change any part of the Site without notice.
